Gluthatione TAD 600

I was in Greece for a few days and spoke with a trainer, he told me TAD was used by many pro's to protect their liver and kidneys, improve the immune system and improve skin texture (androgenic compounds are very harsh on the skin as most will know) It also helps

protect the hair (androgenic compounds and hair loss same story). It was a nice discussion. Most bodybuilders want to discuss topics about muscle grow, training, steroids and anti-estrogens, but taking injectable vitamin B12, Silymarin, Ketotifen, TAD, Selegiline etc is a bit unusual.

But how much we hate it, we will get older... a Muay Thai fighter once told me in the sauna, it doesn't matter if you smoke a package of cigarettes and drink a crate of beer every day when your 18, you'll have to pay your dues after your 40st year, when you are getting older. The same is true for many things that can wreck your body. Your body is your temple, and you never can get a new one. Regrets are a useless emotion. You should protect your body now!!

They are two big American brothers, Peter and David Paul called “The Barbarian Brothers” - Big, strong guys completely mad and full of steroids and being the first bodybuilders to workout wearing construction boots, tied on bandanas and torn tank tops or flannel shirts both inside and outside the gym.

Nowadays their haircuts, clothing, feather earrings and other jewelry, looks somewhat ridiculous and outdated, but in those years they were tough and trendsetting. But the real trend the Barbarians popularized was not one of trendy clothing or social posturing, but one of lifestyle and attitude.

When in the early eighties of the last century it became known that recombinant HGH would become available on the market, the expectations of athletes were high. Dan Duchaine had in his book Underground Steroids written an attractive description of the progress that could be achieved with recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH). No steroids were able to match that. This was also pretty much the general belief. Understandably, the release of the biosynthetic form of this hormone was eagerly awaited.

Ok, human growth hormone was already circulating on the [black] market, but that was hGH from the pituitary glands of deceased donors, also called cadaveric hGH. Now the real, identical biosynthetic growth hormone would be made available. Although the donor hGH is also identical, it has to be of course, but from the new recombinant product was expected a lot more.

Most bodybuilders want a pair of impressive traps. Traps is short for trapezius. Most bodybuilders believe that the traps are the muscle groups only seen from the front, like on this picture. But the fibers of the trapezius run in three different orientations and, therefore, can be divided into three sections: upper, middle and lower part. Bodybuilder, also the recreational want impressive traps. Powerlifters and weightlifters are just concerned in functional traps, they want traps that generate enough power to lift impressive weights.

"Killer Traps," along with a broad chest and big biceps, are one of the major signs that "that guy must work out."

If you trapezius is a lagging muscle groups, you are lucky cause you might or might not know, that muscle-groups react differently to anabolic androgenic steroids, and the trapezius grows more than most muscle groups.

That is a positive thing, but can also be bad, since the trapezius muscles are also involved in our posture and can cause back pains and neck pains.

First let me explain about the difference in adaption to training and steroids. A lot of what we learn from this study is already known by us iron addicts. Still it is very interesting to read Anders Erikssons dissertation from the Umeå University: “Strength Training and Anabolic Steroids: A comparative study of the vastus lateralis, a thigh muscle and the trapezius, a shoulder muscle, of strength-trained athletes”.

Once a very respected exercise, the Push-Up lost its respect from the hard core bodybuilder and earned a new reputation as part of Fitness, Crossfit or other hypes. This exercise was done by almost all Old School bodybuilders. Push-ups play an integral part in complete chest development.

The push-up, is basic, versatile and doesn’t require much more than good form and your body weight and you don’t need to spend anything to get in shape with them. The push-up has many variations and you don’t require the push up board to eye-ball where you need to place your hands in order to hit the desired muscles that you’re looking to work. The push-up allows you to sculpt your arms, shoulders, pecs and abs.

We all eat carbohydrates in all kind of different forms. Bodybuilders eat a lot of carbohydrates (carbs) in their “Bulk” cycle to gain weight. They eat carbs to lean out and they are timing eating macro-nutrients such as proteins and carbs to grow musclemass and to get energy to be stored for the next training. But talking about carbs for bodybuilders and recreative bodybuilders I mean nutrient dense foods that adds great value to your health.

Sugar as an additive to sweets or sodas adds nothing to a good healthy diet, except empty calories. Sugar is very addictive and it has been linked to diabetes, cancer, and a host of other illnesses. A carb is not just a carb, it should be part of a whole food that also contains other valuable micronutrients, fibers, vitamins and anti-oxidants. That’s why our parents always taught us that an apple was better for our health that a piece of candy. The difference between natural and processed food.

A superior chest doesn’t only consist of perfect chest muscles. Chest, shoulders and traps should be proportional build. It all has to fit into the total picture. Bodybuilding originally was about aesthetics, proportions and symmetry. Wide shoulders and a small waist. I think Old School is superior on these criteria. I posted a lot on this subject and many will agree and many will disagree. But.. I think a small waist will make your shoulders look wider and your chest look bigger.

Back in the Golden Era of Bodybuilding, supplements were slim and eating was mostly real foods. There were vitamins, proteins and a few other supplements but nothing advanced as it is today. Even though it was the way it was, we were able to make good gains in training and set the stage for some of the greatest bodies in the world.

We based our meals on meat, eggs and cheese. Cheese omelets and cottage cheese were a favorite among bodybuilders as a protein snack. Sounds a little heavy and boring, but it worked. Lean red meat was popular, as it not only added size but strength as well. Chicken was number two on the list but today is number one. Red meat is blamed for heart attacks and hardening of the arteries, which is called cholesterol today.

The standard breakfast was hamburger patty, whole eggs and cottage cheese. Using the whole egg was preferred as the fat in the yolk was used for energy and not stored as fat. Cottage cheese was a perfect source of protein and also calcium.

The dense forest of bodybuilding nutrition contains a paradox: the quantity of information available is abundant, but the wisdom of traditional diets to satisfy the primary concerns of bodybuilders is sparse and hard to find. Typical recommendations include very low-fat diets rich in protein foods like salmon and chicken.

You will search in vain through mainstream men’s health magazines to find so much as a mention of the importance of vitamin A to bodybuilding. Yet this nutrient is essential to muscle-building and may be the bodybuilder’s most potent weapon. Vitamin A is necessary for the utilization of protein and the production of testosterone and other growth factors. In fact, one human study, discussed below, found the administration of vitamin A and iron to have results equivalent to the administration of testosterone itself. Rather than advocating the consumption of vitamin-A rich foods such as liver and natural food-based supplements such as cod liver oil, mainstream men’s health writers are advocating diets very high in protein, which deplete vitamin A reserves, leaving one to wonder whether the athletes who resort to over-the-counter steroid supplements might be able to achieve similar results by consuming a traditional diet, rich in vitamin A.

If someone asks a question on a bodybuilding discussion forum about Andriol (Testosterone Undecanoate) most of the time members chime in and answer the same stereotype answers that where valid some years ago. About Andriol being a poor choice due to poor absorption rate and therefore has a low bioavalability. It is expensive etc etc.

Testosterone undecanoate has been available on the market for more than 20 years. Andriol capsules are available in more than 80 countries worldwide, but not in the USA. This should actually show that it has much potential. Also for bodybuildersit has a lot of uses like in bridging, cycling, PCT, HRT/TRT, anti-aging etc. More of that later.

Given Testosterone Undecanoate’s “age,” there would be little financial incentive to market the drug in the United States, as any generic manufacturer (foreign or domestic) could introduce a cheaper version, negating any potential for profit. Thus, it is unlikely that Testosterone Undecanoate will enter the United States market in the near future.
